The mission of the BEES Parents Teacher Association (PTA) is to create and maintain a welcoming and supportive community for all BEES families and to enable students to experience diverse enrichment programs throughout the school year. The BEES PTA depends on the involvement and support of all BEES families to enable the community and enrichment programs to thrive. By contributing time, resources, cash donations and ideas, families ensure that BEES students experience a wide variety of programs.

The BEES Parents Teacher Association Executive Board is composed of a group of 3 parent volunteers, who, according to approved by-laws, are elected annually. The Board coordinates fundraising events and initiatives to support the mission of the school, while also striving to promote communication between school and home. The BEES PTA Executive Board meets monthly. Elections to the PTA Executive Board take place in May of each year. BEES PTA meetings are held monthly. Dates and times are posted on the calendar.
